Review
Quality Assurance review

Quality Assurance reviews are undertaken as part of the negotiated investment process, where the Foundation? invites research organisations to submit proposals for consideration, and an opportunity for medium to long-term assessment.

The reviews are undertaken at the beginning of the contracting process, and aim to ensure a high standard of quality and relevance to the Foundation’s target outcomes.

How they are done

The reviews are carried out by an expert panel selected by the Foundation and the research organisation.

An end-user survey is also carried out in order to gauge the potential applications of the research project.
