Primary Production and Sustainability (PPS) 2007/08 results

The Foundation? is investing approximately $32.7 million for this round through the Primary Production and Sustainability (PPS?) investment process.

Within this investment process, approximately $20.8m per annum is being invested through the contestable process and $11.9m per annum through the negotiated process.

This investment process includes funds from two portfolios: Production, Quality and Assurance (PQA?) and Sustainable Production Systems (SPS?).

The Foundation received 74 concepts requesting a total of $68.0 million per annum. This represents overbidding of 329% of funds available.

A total of 28 concepts, seeking a total of $41.1 million per annum, have been selected to submit a proposal. This represents overbidding of 198% of funds available.
