Published: 9 Jun 2004 This report summarises the progress of the Foundation? in implementing the Government's goal of lifting New Zealand's level of sustainable growth, and speculates how research and development may help increase growth. It argues that increasing exports is the key to achieving a higher sustainable growth rate and identifes the barriers and challenges to such an achievement.
