Complaints Process
Complaints about the application process

1. The complaint is forwarded to the Manager Governance & Reporting

An independent audit will be taken when appropriate to establish whether a failure of process has occurred. A brief audit report will be provided to the Foundation[definition]'s Chief Executive for decision making.

 

2. If the Chief Executive disagrees with the complaint

If the Chief Executive believes there has not been a failure in the application process, the applicant will be informed within 20 working days of the receipt of the written complaint.

 

3. If the Chief Executive agrees with the complaint

If the Chief Executive agrees there has been a failure in the process, the relevant advisory group will reconsider the proposal.

The advisory group’s recommendation will be taken to the next Investment Sub-committee meeting and the applicant will be informed of the result as soon as possible.
