Growth and diversification of New Zealand’s economy through research into information and communications technologies (ICT) involving both software and hardware.
1.3 Internationally competitive science skills
New Zealand develops and maintains internationally competitive science skills in areas associated with the New Physical Technologies portfolio.
1.4 Uncertainties associated with new technologies
Research leading to improved understanding of environmental, health, safety and socio-economic uncertainties associated with technologies emerging from the New Physical Technologies portfolio.
