Investments in this area aim to support New Zealand’s efforts to improve productivity and enable sustainable technological development, while achieving social, cultural and economic well being for New Zealand.
This is achieved by supporting research that analyses how technological opportunities can be optimised with minimal impact.
Research organisations, including universities, crown research institutes and private organisations doing research for the wider benefit of New Zealand.
