Māori Knowledge and Development ResearchThe Māori Knowledge and Development Research (MKDR) output expense aims to build knowledge and resources for the benefit for Māori and Aotearoa New Zealand, while also building Māori research capability.
Output expenses support specific government goals. The funding for each output expense is specified in the Government Budget each year. The Foundation splits output expenses into schemes or portfolios, to help manage how we invest these funds.
