Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the reason for the change to your website?
Feedback from our stakeholders suggested it was time to revamp the content of our website, improve functionality and navigation, and provide a more detailed search function.

The information has changed on the new site, have the Foundation’s processes changed as well?
No, we have just condensed the information that was available to ensure it is clear and concise. All downloads and forms remain the same, and the application and RfP processes have not changed.

We have, however, made content consistent wherever possible.

Will all the services from the old site be available?
Yes, the myFRST portal and other key information is still accessible.

I have submitted information to the myFRST? portal prior to the site going live, do I need to resubmit?
No you don’t. The information you submitted is stored in a database.

Will my log-in to myFRST stay the same?
Yes.

I have lost my bookmarks, how do I find the information I need again?
Use one of the site’s search functions or the left hand navigation, or click one of the previous pages shown in the navigation line at the top of the page. You have three search options: the main search, or either the quick search for investment areas or funding.

The contact email addresses have changed on the new site, am I still dealing with the same people?
Yes, we have just simplified the process so your email goes directly to the team looking after each area.

Apart from the look, and the navigation, what else have you changed?
Based on client feedback, we have enhanced the search function and made sure the information was concise and consistent. We have identified the similarities between different portfolios and schemes to provide more consistency with the information, which should assist people who are regular users of the site.

We also use more imagery – for example the timelines are now visually represented, with dates that change automatically as deadlines pass.

How do I find information on the new site?
We have developed two quick search functions, one for investment areas and the other for funding. The site also offers an excellent keyword search engine, and we have worked with our customers to make the navigation clearer.

How did you decide on the menu structure?
We worked with external design agencies to develop the structure, which then went through two testing rounds with external customers to make sure it met their needs.

Where will I find application forms and other downloads?
You can find them on the new website on the top right corner of all funding pages. This area also contains related links and advisory groups (where applicable).

Who do I contact with questions and/or feedback?
Your first point of contact for business-related questions should be your business manager. For website feedback and queries, use the feedback form at the bottom of every page on the new website.
