Organisation

We are a Crown entity governed by a Board appointed by the Minister of Research, Science and Technology.

We employ 94 staff, in our head office in Wellington and at regional offices in Auckland and Christchurch.

Structure

We have recently revised our structure, with the new structure formally taking effect on 24 August 2009.

We have six operational groups, each led by a Group Manager. The Group Managers and our Chief Executive make up the Senior Management Team.
