Remuneration and performance

We remunerate competitively. We offer starting salaries that are commensurate with skills, relevant experience, qualifications and potential.

All our people have annual remuneration reviews. This allows us to reward high performance and maintain our competitive placing within our sector.

You will set performance objectives with your manager. These objectives will be reviewed and revised throughout the year.

This will give you clarity about what is expected of you, how you are doing and how your role contributes to the organisation as a whole. You will be annually assessed against your agreed plan and performance standards.

Ongoing learning and development

We believe in providing on-going learning and development opportunities for our people.

A combination of on-the-job learning, training courses (in-house and external), seminars and conferences will be made available to you.
