Foundation for Research, Science and Technology

On 1 February 2011 the Foundation for Research, Science and Technology and the Ministry for Research, Science and Technology merged into the new Ministry of Science and Innovation (MSI).

MSI is the lead agency driving the science and innovation sector in New Zealand and assumes responsibility for the policy and investment functions of both agencies.
